• Present in classroom but inattentive.
• Frequent visits to nurse for various minor complaints.

• Increase in disciplinary actions.

• Wanders in hallways or school grounds.
• Frequent trips to the bathroom.
• Uses phone excessively.
• Writes drug slang and phrases on school notebooks.
