Making a Donation
New Beginnings programs and services are designed
to help parents and teens better understand the dangers of drug abuse
and the benefits of living drug-free. Through the South Middlesex
Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable agency.. New Beginnings
can accept all contributions, which are tax deductible to the extent
provided by law.
Every dollar donated helps New Beginnings offer our youth
special programs and resources (like this website!) to reject drugs; and
gives them the opportunity for healthy life choice. The value of
your donation is increased more than 50-to-1 by media and advertising
volunteers.
Did you know that for every dollar spent on intervention,
we save society four to seven dollars? Intervention dollars are
more effective at getting results than interdiction dollars (patrolling
the borders for drugs) or law enforcement dollars.

drug-free and can have special tax advantages. Transfers may be

New Beginnings appreciates the generous donations our sponsors provide for us. The funds enable us to go into schools and discuss the dangers of Substance Abuse and decisions around their use - to empower the students who choose not to use, to set up Parent meetings and Faculty meetings and Training, to help establish Wellness curricula for high schools, middle schools and some Colleges. The biggest reason why we look to our sponsors is that they provide the funding so that we can go into these forums for “No Cost”.
