His name is
Bill Phillips, but the kids call him “Phipps” and his
message is about the dangers of drugs, alcohol and violence. Bill was
well on his way to a life of self-destruction when Framingham, MA
First Justice, Robert C. Campion decided to give him a chance to make
a difference.
Now, twenty years later Bill Phillips has presented his New
Beginnings Program to over 200,000 students, parents and teachers
throughout the country.
Bill conducts
Programs in elementary
schools, middle schools, high schools and colleges. His unique style
and high energy of sending his message to thousands of people affected
by substance abuse is like no other.
